- Experience with managing development of a customer-facing application project

- Experience integrating waterfall and agile project management methodologies.

- Knowledge of the Florida Information Technology Project Management and Oversight
- Knowledge of ISO / IEC 20000 Information Technology Service Management
- Knowledge of MS Office Suite, MS-Project

- Knowledge of JIRA
