- Lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple workstreams to meet NSA program goals.
- Align deliverables with business objectives and coordinate with GTS, Business, and Experience Management teams.
- Partner with GTS PMO for consistent updates and alignment.
- Clearly communicate project goals, risks, and progress to leadership and stakeholders.
- Create and present NSA updates, roadmaps, and executive decks.
- Act as the bridge between technical and business teams.
- Track budgets and project completion metrics.
- Manage resources effectively and ensure cost control.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and process flows.
- Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation plans.
- Recommend and drive process improvements.
