- 4+ years of experience in Oracle APEX development 

- Expert-level knowledge of Oracle APEX (version 21.3 or above preferred) 

- Proficient in HTML and CSS for customizing UI within Oracle APEX 

- Strong experience with APEX Universal Theme and built-in CSS utilities 

- Familiarity with JavaScript libraries/frameworks such as jQuery and Oracle JET 

- Proficient in Oracle 11g/12c or higher, with strong skills in SQL & PL/SQL 

- Experience with Oracle REST Data Services (ORDS) and REST API development/consumption 

- Solid understanding of XML, JSON, and DOM 

- Hands-on experience creating packages, procedures, functions, views, and materialized views 

- Capable of integrating JavaScript events and CSS classes inside SQL processes 

- Experience with DevOps collaboration, application troubleshooting, and server coordination 

- Familiarity with application process logic to support dynamic UI features 

- Prior experience remodeling legacy data models for HRMS 

- Ability to analyze and resolve complex deployment and infrastructure issues
