Strong functional knowledge of SAP ECC HCM modules including:

Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Business Analysis, Data Management, Business Intelligence
8+ years of experience as an SAP HCM functional lead 8+ years of implementation experience with s/4 Hana
8+ years of configuration experience in SAP - HCM Payroll and Benefits 8+ years of experience with integrations in SuccessFactors
10+ years of work experience in a business or technology role working closely with functions outside of IT understanding business processes and needs High level of experience in systems development lifecycle models such as Agile or other traditional project management principles Excellent written and oral communication skills Strong knowledge of business processes and the ability to design, configure, and deploy solutions to support them E Experience
