- A bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, or a related field.
- Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) is desirable.
- A minimum of 7-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) implementation or optimization OR government health IT systems/projects
- Profound knowledge of business analysis methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Competency in requirements gathering, process modeling, and data analysis.
- Experience with business analysis tools and software (e.g., Visio, JIRA, Confluence)
- Proficiency with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
