o Manage and configure the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, including Business Groups, Environments, and user access.
o Plan, install, and maintain MuleSoft applications and software.
o Administer and support MuleSoft integration platforms (CloudHub and On-Premise).
o Monitor system performance, availability, and security.
o Conduct regular system checks and updates to ensure optimal performance.
o Apply platform configuration changes as required.
o Deploy and configure integration applications in the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
o Manage deployment strategies, Mule clustering, and load balancing.
o Work with developers to triage production bugs and troubleshoot production issues.
o Implement and manage CI/CD DevOps automation pipelines for the MuleSoft platform.
o Configure APIs, proxy endpoints, API portals, and API analytics using MuleSoft API Manager.
o Implement and enforce API policies.
o Manage API security, including SSL/mutual SSL, SAML, and OAuth
o Respond to and resolve system errors and outages.
o Troubleshoot and manage runtime servers, ensuring performance tuning of ESB/middleware components.
o Provide technical support and guidance to development teams.
o Work with users and other support teams to resolve production issues.
