CSDM Expertise: Deep understanding and practical application of the CSDM 5.0 framework and overall ServiceNow platform architecture.
Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of key ServiceNow components such as Identification and Reconciliation Engine (IRE), Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.
CMDB Program Leadership: Proven track record of leading and executing CMDB initiatives across diverse business units and geographic regions.
Platform Maintenance & Optimization: Strong background in ServiceNow platform upgrades, data migration strategies, performance tuning, and system optimization.
Module Mastery: In-depth experience with core ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, Service Catalog, Workflow automation, and custom application development.
Scripting & Integration: Proficient in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting (Client Scripts, Business Rules, UI Policies, etc.), along with REST/SOAP-based integrations.
Analytical & Organizational Skills: Excellent problem-solving capabilities and the ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects.
Communication & Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration.
Certifications:
