JOB DETAIL

Primary: Helps to prepare project plan and coordinates project activities from planning to implementation for Etch Manufacturing Training.

This planning will include the solicitation of requirements from Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Etch Leadership.

Once the requirements are identified, work to leverage Lean Lab Training and/or develop Etch specific training, and acquire required materials.

Secondary: Coordinates Quality projects for the Etch Organization.

Examples of Quality projects are

1) managing discrepant material events that require containment, Logistical purges, WIP purges, coordinating with Demand Management and Supply Chain;

2) corrective action events assigned to Etch Mfg Quality to ensure actions are completed.

Coordinates project schedule and task details and helps to prepare reports, tracking charts, checklist and project scheduling.

Helps to align the progress of resources internal to the business unit to meet project on-time and budget performance objectives.

Tracks projects cost schedule for internal and external customers.

On occasion will interface with external suppliers and monitor and report on the projects progress against quality and cost metrics.

Interfaces with internal customers and reports on progress against project objectives.
