- Total IT Experience required 10+ Years
- Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (11i, R12.1, R12.2).
- Strong knowledge of Oracle EBS system administration, including AD utilities, patching, and cloning.
- Experience with Java and JRE upgrade processes in Oracle EBS environments.
- Understanding of SOX compliance, controls, and reporting within enterprise systems.
- Proficiency in Unix/Linux shell scripting and Oracle database basics (SQL/PLSQL).
- Familiarity with WebLogic and Oracle Application Server.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to analyze complex issues.
- Good communication skills for collaboration with technical and audit teams
- Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) or relevant Oracle EBS certifications.
- Experience with automation tools like Ansible.
- Prior experience with hybrid on-prem/cloud EBS environments.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes.
- Perform regular maintenance of two Oracle EBS instances (e.g., PROD and non-PROD environments).
- Plan and implement Java and JRE upgrades in coordination with business application teams.
- Apply Oracle patches (CPU, PSU, one-offs), including pre/post-validation and impact analysis.
- Handle SOX audit queries by gathering evidence, generating reports, and supporting remediation actions.
- Perform environment refreshes (e.g., cloning PROD to TEST or DEV) including validation and coordination with functional teams.
- Monitor system health, performance, and logs, and take corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with change management policies and documentation standards.
- Automate routine tasks and participate in improving operational efficiency and controls.
- Collaborate with DBAs, application developers, and infrastructure teams on system-level initiatives.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation of configurations, procedures, and maintenance logs.
