JOB DETAIL

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.Proven experience as a Scrum Master, preferably in a Data & Analytics or software development environment.Strong understanding of agile principles and methodologies.Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Experience with agile tools such as JIRA, Trello, or similar platforms.Knowledge of data analytics, data science, and/or data engineering is a plus.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in leading Data & Analytics teams.Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).Understanding of data warehousing concepts and technologies.Ability to drive change and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
