5+ years' experience in providing strong leadership skills in leading meetings, defining clear expectations for project staff setting deadlines, and ensuring the successful attainment of CAL FIRE project objectives.

5+ years' experience  in documenting best practices, processes, and possessing excellent communication skills.

Bachelor's degree in a field related to SOW (e.g., HR Management with an IT focus, MIS, BA with HR and IT specialization, Computer Science or IT with an HR Tech specialization). Must provide copy of diploma.
