- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience working on Salesforce platforms.
- 3+ years in an architecture role involving complex Salesforce implementations.
- Extensive experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and other Salesforce products.
- Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware).
- Experience with DevOps practices including CI/CD tools (e.g., Copado, Gearset, Jenkins).
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Application/System Architect, Platform Developer II).
- Strong understanding of data management, security, and compliance requirements (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.).
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
