- Own the end-to-end Salesforce architecture, ensuring alignment with business and IT goals.
- Lead the design of scalable, high-performance solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, FSL, CPQ, RCA, and RCB.
- Define technical standards, data governance models, and integration patterns.
- Guide development teams with best practices in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce automation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align architectural vision with business strategy.
- Conduct design reviews, performance audits, and optimization of existing Salesforce implementations.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases and proactively recommend platform enhancements.
