- Proven expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, FSL, CPQ, RCA, and RCB.
- Strong integration experience with third-party and legacy systems.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce data architecture, sharing models, security, and governance.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect, System Architect, or CTA (preferred).
