  • 15+ years of experience in IT Project Management
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience managing IBM Maximo projects
  • Proven experience managing a Maximo Application Suite (MAS 9) upgrade or implementation
  • Familiarity with asset management processes in energy, utilities, or public infrastructure
  • Strong understanding of system integrations (GIS, SAP, SCADA, Oracle, etc.)
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum practices and tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.)
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills
