To automate repetitive tasks/activities in End User Computing space Targeted Automated Remediation (Self-Healing) of PC Issues Proactive PC Health Monitoring & Troubleshooting Reduction of PC downtime Reporting on project status, performance, trend analysis Implementation plan and Solution deployment Handover to BAU operations team Creation and configuration of Systrack Tenant (cloud), preparation of Systrack packages, integration with ServiceNOW, designing use cases, creating dashboards, deployment of packages, troubleshooting. Integrating SysTrack with Azure AD, Intune and ServiceNow Use SysTrack dashboard to provide the analytical results. Proactively monitor the alarms and alerts from SysTrack Manage the end user services by monitoring the SysTrack Monitor the SysTrack portal on daily basis to identify any small to major issues and check the impacts. Designing and Implementing SysTrack
