* Automate tasks using Power Shell for bulk operations and reporting (security group creation and user access management)

* Understand SQL database security using SSMS and role assignments

* Manage security groups and user accounts in Active Directory using ADUC and PowerShell cmdlets

* Create proper security groups using ADUC and PowerShell

* Enforce naming conventions for security groups with scripts and policies

* Transition group access between account types, enforcing least privilege principles

* Create ServiceNow tickets for the IAM Architecture team to automate access management tasks

* Validate automated processes with test cases to ensure accuracy and security
