Project Planning and Design, Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and objectives

.• Design and validate innovative and practical solutions aligned with business needs and industry best practices.

• Scripting knowledge ( PowerShell)

• Perform changes related to disaster recovery, data center moves, and capacity management on Wintel platforms.

• Familiarity with DNS, DHCP, Domain Controller, Exchange, Certificate Authority and VM technologies.

• Active Directory and HA Cluster configuration.

• Proficiency in VMware vSphere, ESXi, and vCenter.

• Proficiency in VMware Horizon VDI- Non Persistence and Persistence

• Proficiency in Dynamic environment manager

• Knowledge of storage (SAN/NAS), networking, and security in virtualized environments.

• Deploy, configure, and manage VMware vSphere infrastructure

.• Create and manage virtual machines (VMs) and templates, Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize resource utilization.

• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls.

• Understanding for Network IP subnetting, and protocol

• Understand Physical architecture for Network Cabling, routing for Telephony , VOIP protocol understanding
