•                Design and execute test cases for SAP FSM modules including service call management, scheduling & dispatching, mobile field execution, and customer self-service.

•                Perform functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

•                Validate the end-to-end processes involving FSM and connected SAP systems (e.g., S/4HANA, SAP ERP, SAP CRM).

•                Test mobile application functionality across different platforms (iOS, Android).

•                Collaborate with functional consultants, developers, and business users to understand requirements and resolve defects.

•                Create and maintain test documentation including test plans, test scripts, test data, and test summary reports.

•                Log defects in tools like JIRA, ALM, or similar, and track to closure.

•                Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes.
