- Proven Product Owner experience within Capital Markets or Financial Services.
- Deep product expertise in Equity Derivatives and Structured Equity products, particularly Accumulator/Decumulator instruments.
- Experience translating a defined mission or product vision into actionable deliverables across multiple business functions.
- Strong ability to create diagrams and documentation for architecture triage and process analysis.
- Hands-on experience with end-to-end testing strategy and coordination across front-to-back systems.
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement across technology, operations, and business leadership.
