JOB DETAIL

  • Provide timely and effective deskside support to employees, resolving hardware and software issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and software applications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues.
  • Assist with the setup and deployment of new equipment.
  • Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions using our ticketing system.
  • Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure efficient and effective support.
  • Educate and train employees on IT best practices and usage of company systems.
  • Participate in IT projects and initiatives as needed.
