Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related modules.
Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Deep understanding of Salesforce Platform functionalities and best practices.
Strong knowledge of Enterprise channel & End customer sales.
Experience in Sales operations, partner management & enablement preferred.
Strong experience in implementation; ability to determine whether requirements are related to configuration, customization, and/or integrations with external systems.
Hands-on experience on configuration of platform features including user management, profiles, permission sets, role hierarchy, org-wide defaults, sharing rules, territories, custom objects, new page layouts, custom fields, formula fields, validations, workflows rules, email templates, process builder, flows, lightning pages, managed packages, etc.
Experience with the Salesforce AppExchange and a deep understanding of both this ecosystem as well as native Salesforce capabilities.
Experience with Agile / Scrum delivery models.
Experience working with large-scale, complex datasets and using salesforce data tools.
Ability to design and implement dashboards on Einstein Analytics/ Tableau CRM preferred and reports to deliver business insight
