- Proven leadership skills in project execution and issue resolution.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing vendor or consultant resources.
- Demonstrated success in designing and implementing distributed or enterprise IT solutions.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., PMBOK), SDLC, and ITIL frameworks.
- Working knowledge of:
- Infrastructure concepts including servers, storage, cloud computing, and data centers
- Disaster recovery and performance monitoring
- Budget management and resource forecasting
- Ability to foster effective relationships across departments and external partners.
- Strategic thinker with high ethical standards and professionalism.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- PMP Certification or Master’s Certificate in Project Management.
- 3–5 years of experience managing multiple, large-scale projects.
- 4–6 years of relevant business or technical experience.
- Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.
