JOB DETAIL

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Lead Workday . ERP Supply Chain & Financial Systems Architect to join our team and lead our major technology transformation and migration efforts. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of designing Workday, SAP, Coupa, Primavera P6, Ecosys and SAP Concur, as well as a proven track record of designing, Integrating and implementing complex ERP systems. They will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive E2E architecture for our ERP, Supply Chain, Talent and Financial systems, ensuring seamless integration and data exchange across all platforms.

· Develop and execute a comprehensive E2E architecture for our ERP, Supply Chain, Financial, and Talent Management systems, ensuring seamless integration and data exchange across all platforms. 
· Lead the design and implementation of new ERP, Supply Chain, Financial, and Talent Management system modules, ensuring alignment with business objectives and process optimization. 
· Develop architecture roadmap for Enterprise systems and developing rollout and migration plans.
· Manage Architecture roadmap for the transformation journey. 
· Knowledge of current state ERP, Supply Chain, Financial, and Talent Management systems.  Provide technical expertise and guidance to IT staff and business users on ERP, Supply Chain, Financial, and Talent Management systems matters.
· Develop and maintain documentation for Workday and talent management system architectures and integrations.
· Conduct evaluation and optimization of ERP, Supply Chain, Financial, and Talent Management systems to ensure they meet evolving business needs. 
· Expert understanding of ERP, Supply Chain, Financial, and Talent Management systems technologies trends. 
· Design and implement Workday architecture, including core HCM, talent management, compensation, and benefits, ensuring alignment with overall ERP strategy.
·  Architect and oversee integrations between Workday and other ERP components (SAP S/4HANA, Coupa, etc.) ensuring data integrity and efficient data flow. 
· Ensure that all architecture designs adhere to security best practices and compliance requirements.
