 Experience as a Technical Business Analyst or related role, preferably within financial services.
- Experience working with KYC platforms Fenergo, and understanding of regulatory compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements
through the project lifecycle.
- Conduct SIT, QA, and UAT with testing teams
- Hands-on experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including writing test scripts and managing testing processes.
- Data Migration documentation, testing support, Strong data mapping and validation skills related to system migration
- Assist technical teams in documenting system configurations, integrations, and customizations.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word)
