* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
* Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an SAP FICO Consultant, with hands-on experience in at least one full lifecycle implementation.
* Strong functional knowledge of SAP FICO modules, including:
    * **FI (Financial Accounting):** General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Bank Accounting, New GL concepts.
    * **CO (Controlling):** Cost Element Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis (CO-PA).
* Solid understanding of financial accounting principles and business processes.
* Proficiency in SAP FICO configuration and customization.
* Experience with data migration and cutover activities.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
* Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and presentation skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
