Product Increment Planning

Ability to support two scaled Scrum teams, has driven closure of complex impediments, understands, can speak to and uses metrics to identify improvement areas, can bring transparency to large cross family impediments, has advanced agile knowledge such as little's law, theory of constraints, system thinking, product management, scaled agile, promotes healthy team dynamics. Holds PSM 1 or CSM 1.
