A minimum of 5 years as a Business Analyst with a focus on the healthcare insurance industry
2 years of experience onboarding and off-boarding Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) and/or Pharmacy Managed Care products and services
3 years of experience managing business requirements lifecycle, including translating complex topics into executable business requirements and documentation, creating workflows, defining acceptance criteria, and supporting testing and defect management
Excellent personal organization skills to effectively manage tasks, information, and respond to rapidly changing information
Confident communication skills with a demonstrated ability to lead and facilitate group discussions to elicit and prioritize business and technical requirements/documentation
Comfortable working in a remote/distributed work environment with a minimum of supervision
