Collaborate with business process teams in CRM, ERP, HR, and Risk Management to gather and analyze data requirements.

? Develop, update, and maintain global data models at both conceptual and logical levels.

? Create and manage a global data glossary and data dictionary to ensure a consistent understanding of data across the organization.

? Work with international teams and leverage technologies including Salesforce, S4HANA, SuccessFactors, and Microsoft to integrate data models across various platforms.

? Ensure data models adhere to organizational standards and best practices in data governance and data quality.

? Facilitate discussions and workshops with business stakeholders to align on data definitions and requirements.

? Support data integration efforts and ensure data consistency and accuracy across systems.

? Provide expertise and guidance to data stewards, data architects, and other stakeholders involved in data management initiatives.

? Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in data modeling.
