At least 8 years of experience interpreting Texas Vital Statistics laws, policies, procedures, and regulations.
At least 8 years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio).
At least 8 years of experience with business analysis methodologies.
At least 8 years of experience analyzing and evaluating complex IT applications, policies, and issues.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with both individuals and groups.
Demonstrated ability to use initiative and independent judgment in organizing tasks and managing priorities.
Experience directing and coordinating the work of others as needed.
Proven ability to build effective working relationships and handle high-pressure situations professionally.
Strong skills in reading and interpreting material to prepare clear and concise reports or summaries.
