• A bachelors degree in project management, business administration, or a related field is required. PMP certification is highly desirable.
• Five or more years of experience managing complex projects across industries, with a strong understanding of consulting services and specific project demands.
• Proficiency in project management as well as familiarity with PMI methodologies.
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills. 
• Strong organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of risk management strategies, process improvement, and the ability to analyze and optimize project inefficiencies.
