Data Scientist

Minimum 5 years of experience in data science or analytics, with at least 3 years applying System Dynamics modeling.
Deep familiarity with the U.S. Insurance industry, particularly within carriers (P&C, Health, or Life).
Proficiency in Vensim, Stella, Python-based modeling environments (e.g., PySD).
Demonstrated experience building and deploying simulation models for strategic or operational decision-making.
Strong understanding of system thinking, and system modeling feedback loops, and dynamic complexity.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Master’s or PhD in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Operations Research, Data Science, Systems Engineering).
Experience working in a consulting environment or with cross-functional teams.
Located in or willing to relocate to Boston, MA.
Experience integrating System Dynamics models with dashboards, decision-support tools, or enterprise platforms.
