- Should have 13+ years of experience
- Lead full lifecycle SAP projects (ECC, S/4HANA, or specific modules like FI/CO, MM, SD, etc.).
- Manage project planning, resource allocation, budgeting, and risk mitigation.
- Use Jira to manage sprint planning, issue tracking, backlog grooming, and reporting.
- Collaborate with technical teams, functional consultants, and business users.
- Monitor progress and ensure project deliverables meet stakeholder expectations.
- Facilitate daily standups, retrospectives, and status updates using Agile/Hybrid methodologies.
- Coordinate with offshore and onshore teams for development, testing, and deployment activities.
- Maintain project documentation, dashboards, and metrics in Jira and Confluence.
- Ensure alignment with PMO standards, SAP best practices, and change management processes.
