This requirement is a DBA requirement with an implementation mind set rather than a support mind set. The individual should be able to analyze and implement new solutions. The candidate should be able to provide multiple options for a scenario or a solution.
- Overall max experience of 10 years
- Good understanding of Oracle products including DB, EBS, fusion middleware and Exadata is must.
- Worked on Oracle EBS migration/upgrades, security patch analysis, OS upgrade.
- Good understanding/commitment to learn of other middleware and/or open-source software so certain project(s) can be assigned.
- Participate in the development and deployment of cutting-edge applications, systems, and processes.
- Document processes, configurations, and solutions to ensure knowledge sharing and scalability.
- Support and train team members on the adoption of new technologies.
- Good understanding and experience implementing SRE principles and has working experience in the SRE org.
- SRE experience including scripting in Python or Shell, automation, monitoring, OS and network troubleshooting, and GitHub.
