• Scrum Master role serves as a handling multiple scrum team to define processes, identify process improvement opportunities, to implement new functionality.• Position requires excellent communication and organizational skills to create alignment amongst multiple teams and Stakeholders• Knowledge in Financial Domain with handling Credit Cards flow is a plus• Minimum of 10+ years of experience as a Scrum Master leading multiple teams• Certification in Agile methodologies, like Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) is added advantage, but not limited• Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum principles and practices• General conceptual understanding of Projects Lifecycle• Prior knowledge of Agile project management tools, such as Atlassian Products are a plus
