ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD).
? ServiceNow certifications in ITSM, CSM, ITOM, and Virtual Agent.
? Experience with AI & Automation in ServiceNow (Now Assist, Predictive Intelligence, and Machine Learning models).
? Exposure to Agile methodologies, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines for ServiceNow development.
? Write and maintain server-side scripts (Script Includes, Business Rules, Scheduled Jobs, etc.) and client-side scripts (UI Policies, Client Scripts, UI Actions, etc.).
? Create and optimize Workflows, Flow Designer, and Business Processes.
? Work with Security & Access Control (ACLs, Roles, and Groups) to ensure data protection and compliance7+Key Responsibilities?
