JOB DETAIL

  • Collect, compile, and integrate GIS data from field surveys, aerial photos, and satellite images.
  • Operate and manage GIS hardware, software, and other related technologies.
  • Design, implement, and maintain GIS databases, applications, and systems.
  • Create accurate maps and graphs using GIS data and software.
  • Analyze GIS data for spatial relationships, patterns, and trends.
  • Perform geospatial analyses and produce comprehensive reports.
  • Collaborate with other professionals to understand their GIS needs and devise solutions.
  • Provide technical support and training to other staff members in the use of GIS technology.
  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Geography, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in ESRI ArcGIS software (ArcGIS Desktop, ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online).
  • Experience with GIS programming languages such as Python.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
