• Business Analysis:
  • Analyze complex cross-functional business processes.
  • Define business and functional requirements through Features and User Stories.
  • Create deliverables such as business process maps, data flow diagrams, user journey maps, and use case scenarios.
• Agile Support:
  • Participate in backlog refinement, including documentation, estimation, and testing considerations.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Program Managers, and Scrum Teams.
• Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Act as a functional SME for both business stakeholders and the IT Scrum Team.
  • Communicate effectively with senior business stakeholders to prioritize needs and evaluate business solutions.
• Sustainability Focus:
  • Support the analysis of current and future state facility discussions related to sustainability.
  • Contribute to the development of solutions that track and report progress on sustainability goals.
