8+ years of experience working with SaaS/Cloud-based People technology solutions, including significant expertise with Workday HCM, involving the Employee Lifecycle from Pre-Hire to Retire, specifically Workday Benefits.
Workday PRO Certified or Partner accredited, which means you’ll probably have:
Strong understanding of the Workday ecosystem and able to navigate the different touchpoints.
Knowledge of Workday implementation tools (Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Workday Studio, Workday Report Writer, Workday Drive, and iLoad).
Successful Workday implementation(s), from needs gathering to vendor evaluation, selection and RFPs, vendor management, as well as system integration experience.
Understand basic database architecture, tables, functional interactions, and recognize and understand impacts to downstream systems.
Developed People business processes along with how they impact People systems and technology. You have strong in strategic thinking and ability to translate business needs into People technology solutions.
Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to distill and articulate key messages to executives, stakeholders, and customers.
Strong experience with interface, networking, and data warehousing technologies, as well as design, relational database technologies, and performance tuning.
Experience with Web Services and APIs (WSDL, SOAP, REST and WS standards).
