JOB DETAIL

  • 8+ years of experience working with SaaS/Cloud-based People technology solutions, including significant expertise with Workday HCM, involving the Employee Lifecycle from Pre-Hire to Retire, specifically Workday Benefits.
  • Workday PRO Certified or Partner accredited, which means you’ll probably have:
  • Strong understanding of the Workday ecosystem and able to navigate the different touchpoints.
    • Knowledge of Workday implementation tools (Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Workday Studio, Workday Report Writer, Workday Drive, and iLoad).
    • Successful Workday implementation(s), from needs gathering to vendor evaluation, selection and RFPs, vendor management, as well as system integration experience.
    • Understand basic database architecture, tables, functional interactions, and recognize and understand impacts to downstream systems.
    • Developed People business processes along with how they impact People systems and technology.  You have strong in strategic thinking and ability to translate business needs into People technology solutions.
    • Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to distill and articulate key messages to executives, stakeholders, and customers.
    • Strong experience with interface, networking, and data warehousing technologies, as well as design, relational database technologies, and performance tuning.
  • Experience with Web Services and APIs (WSDL, SOAP, REST and WS standards).
