- 5-7 years of experience as Salesforce and/or Web Developer implementing Salesforce & Web solutions.
- 4+ years of experience as Salesforce Platform Consultant
- Experience integrating AI or automation into Salesforce workflows.
- Familiarity with Git, SFDX, and modern CI/CD practices
- Extensive Hands on experience with Salesforce Lightning Service Cloud as developer & administrator
- Strong experience in using Apex Classes, Visual force page to customize portals
- Strong experience in using SoQL, Process Builder, Lightning components for UI
- Development experience on SF Community Cloud desired.
- Strong working knowledge with web technologies XML, HTML, CSS, WSDL, SOAP, JSON
- Strong technical development skills in Oracle 12C, SQL Plus & TOAD
- Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform Developer I, & SF App Builder certifications a must.
- Ability to operate to brand needs and deliver results to time, quality and cost control
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (technical and non-technical)
- Extremely “Detail-Oriented” individual with the ability to multi-task
- Capable of performing tasks in dynamic/changing circumstances
- Strong “customer-focused” individual with a passion for responding to the needs of customers
- Ability to quickly get up to speed and learn new technologies and concepts
- Strong analytical skills similar to data scientist
- Automotive, & CRM industry experience a plus.
