•    Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 
•    8+ years of experience in solution architecture, enterprise software development, or system design. 
•    Proven experience with: 
o    SQL Server (database design, optimization, data modeling)
o    .NET / .NET Core (web API and backend service design)
o    Angular (UI development and frontend architecture)
o    Cloud platforms (preferably Azure, but AWS/GCP considered)
•    Demonstrated success leading large-scale development and migration projects, ideally in public sector or enterprise environments. 
•    Strong understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and distributed systems. 
•    Expertise in data integration strategies, including ETL, API-driven integration, and messaging queues. 
•    Familiarity with security, compliance, and accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG, NIST, FERPA). 
•    Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. 
•    Ability to work across technical and non-technical teams to drive consensus and technical clarity.
