1. 8 -12 years of experience in IT Infrastructure Services

2. Experience in handling Infrastructure projects for large customers

3. Experience in datacenter, EUC and Service Desk projects

4. Should have experience in managing projects through MS Projects

5. Should be able to create and review the project plans

6. Create and maintain the risks/ issues for effective delivery

7. Should have worked Managing multi stake holders internal and External

8. Experience in Excellent Vendor Management

9. Should have worked in EUC and SD services domain

10. Experience in working with multiple product vendors and understanding the OLAs and Support requirements

11. Manage and Review the SoWs

12. Manage and Report SLAs

13. Conduct Review meetings with customers and internal stake holders

14. Strong verbal and written communications skills, as well as the ability to work effectively across internal and external stakeholders.

15. Responsible for maintaining good relationship with support teams and maintain high CSAT16.
