● Work with the FinX Product Managers and business partners in defining the product requirements using frameworks like Jobs to be Done and User Journey Mapping
● Define and document functional, non-functional, user experience requirements, process flows, use case scenarios, user stories, models, and conceptual design diagrams to support iterative development.
● Lead cross functional department meetings to define and obtain a sign off on the product requirements.
● Manage a wide range of internal stakeholders from multiple domains with varying levels of influence.
● Provide constant vision and "voice of the customer" to the development team during the product development and testing process.
● Define epics and granular user stories, as applicable, based on the product requirements.
● Collaborate with QA teams in reviewing test plans for applicability and test coverage.
● Actively participate in scrum ceremonies as the product owner and assist in sprint planning, estimation, requirement analysis and review, taking a call on trade-offs and conflict resolution
● Prioritize requirements for the sprint and the release collaborating with the offering manager.
● Collaborate with Infrastructure, Architecture, Legal and the PMO teams to deliver technology to comply with regulations like GDPR, etc.
