Salesforce Communications Cloud Business Analyst 

·       Proven experience working with Salesforce, with a strong understanding of its core functionalities and capabilities.

·       Experience with Salesforce Communications Cloud (formerly Vlocity) and its key modules (EPC, CPQ, OM, CLM, Digital Commerce) is highly preferred.

·       Understanding of the telecommunications, media, or entertainment industries and their common business processes is a significant advantage.

·       Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.

·       Knowledge of data modeling concepts.

·       Conduct detailed interviews, workshops, and discovery sessions with business stakeholders to understand their processes, pain points, and strategic objectives within the communications industry.

·       Elicit, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements for Salesforce Communications Cloud implementations.

·       Utilize various techniques such as user stories, use cases, process flows, and data models to clearly articulate business needs.

·       Identify and analyze gaps between current state and desired future state, and propose effective Salesforce solutions
