The primary responsibility of this role will be supporting Hyatt’s Identity and Access Management Platform. This will include day to day support, and limited project work associated with enhancements in the system.

• Review, Triage, Troubleshoot and Resolve incidents associated with Hyatt’s Identity Platform

• Identify, Track and Resolve problems associated with Identity Incidents

• Onboard Applications into Hyatt’s Identity Platform, this includes setting up apps in Omada and Entra ID.

• Assist in implementation of Role based access controls

• Write technical documentation for Hyatt’s Global Technical Support Team

• Support Hyatt’s Sr. Engineers and Architects in limited project work

• Monitor Hyatt’s Identity Platform Health
