10+years of IT experience and possesses advanced degree / diploma / certificate in a technical discipline.
Should possess understanding of IT infrastructure services (Data Center, End User Computing, Public cloud services such as Azure, AWS etc.) for managing CMDB. Basic awareness of Operational Technology (OT) infrastructure desirable.
Should possess understanding of ServiceNow CMDB and related functionality such as Identification/Reconciliation, Common Services Data Model (CSDM), CI Class Manager, CMDB data exchange and update procedures, Application lifecycle management, Multisource CMDB
Familiarity with ServiceNow CMDB integration methods (i.e., ServiceNow Service Graph Connector, ServiceNow API etc.), MID servers
ServiceNow CMDB micro-certification (Configure the CMDB, CMDB Health) required.
Demonstrated understanding of ITIL 3 or ITIL 4 fundamentals
Awareness on Agile/Scrum methodologies and working on User stories in JIRA or ServiceNow desirable. 
Understanding on ServiceNow ITOM - Service Mapping, Discovery applications and related certifications CIS- Service Mapping or CIS-Discovery desirable.
Awareness of IT / ITSM processes and workflows in pharmaceutical domain desirable
Good communication skills (both written and verbal) to connect and work effectively with diverse IT teams and business stakeholders.
