This position delivers customer service and consulting support across a wide range of technical services, actively participating in projects from inception to completion. The incumbent will assist in recommending configurations for hybrid-cloud hosted virtualized servers, security content filters, and network systems. Responsibilities also include managing and configuring ManageEngine Endpoint Central design and coordination for application deployment, Windows desktop gold images, desktop applications, and the Office 365 Suite of productivity tools. Success in this role requires an enterprise-wide perspective and collaboration with DET, infrastructure providers, SaaS vendors, ETF technical staff, BITS management, and business stakeholders on technical design and business challenges.

1. Knowledge managing and supporting IAM and Directory services in a hybrid-could environment. Products and services such as: Microsoft Entra-ID, Microsoft Active Directory, OKTA, Kerberos, LDAP, DFS, Certificate Services, Replication and Synchronization of LDAP directories.  (8 years)
2. Knowledge of Group Policy, Endpoint Security, Virtual Server Snapshots, Trust relationships, Active Directory sites and services.  (8 years)
3. Experience in security and vulnerability management, utilizing advanced knowledge of hybrid-cloud security measures to mitigate risks effectively. (5 Years)
4. Experience in desktop image creation, maintenance, and software packaging and deployment using ManageEngine Endpoint Central. (5 years)
5. Proficient in automation scripting to enhance productivity and efficiency in hybrid-cloud Windows and O365 environments. Expertise in PowerShell and Graph API, with additional experience in Python and Bash a plus.
