- Set up and test complex email campaigns with dynamic content and audience segmentation.
- Ensure identical rendering across browsers, ESPs (Email Service Providers), and devices.
- Troubleshoot HTML, CSS, and other performance issues to ensure smooth execution.
Technical Development & API Integration:
- Develop solid and modular designs for data streaming, cloud transformation/migration, and API product development.
- Build and maintain data APIs and delivery services to support business operations, customer interactions, and partner integrations.
- Design and support data-centric products that span multiple platforms and technologies.
- Implement automated testing and CI/CD processes to enhance efficiency and scalability.
Collaboration & Problem-Solving:
- Work collaboratively with teammates and stakeholders to improve processes and work methodologies.
- Analyze technical information and produce high-quality software solutions.
- Offer creative solutions to overcome technical challenges and obstacles.
- Communicate proactively with teams and leadership to ensure alignment on project goals and progress.
Documentation & Standards Compliance:
- Document solutions in written and diagram formats to facilitate cross-team understanding.
- Follow and enforce developer coding standards to ensure software meets design goals and business needs.
- Identify technical issues, articulate their impact, and prioritize resolutions effectively.
- Collaborate with vendor(s) to integrate third-party tools and solutions.
