SAP HCM Payroll Expertise: Hands-on experience in SAP Payroll (PY), Time Management (TM), and Personnel Administration (PA).
Configuration Skills: Strong knowledge of payroll schemas, rules, PCRs (Personnel Calculation Rules), and wage types.
Payroll Compliance: Understanding of country-specific payroll legal and tax regulations.
Technical Knowledge: Experience with ABAP debugging, BAdIs, user exits, LSMW, and integration with SuccessFactors is a plus.
Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze payroll issues and provide effective solutions.
Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Experience Level: 5+ years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll implementation and support projects.
