· Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field with a strong work ethic.
· 5+ years of hands-on experience in implementing and configuring SAP Ariba modules, preferably on behalf of a retail corporation.
· Strong understanding of procurement and supply chain processes, particularly in Indirect Procurement.
· Proficiency in SAP Ariba solutions, including Ariba Buying, Guided Buying, Contract Compliance, Supplier Performance and Spend Analytics.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with both technical and non-technical resources.
· Project management experience, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously and promote the adoption of change in process.
· Familiarity with SAP S4HANA and Fiori applications is a plus.
· Knowledge of SAP ERP and OpenText VIM systems is beneficial.
